Shipping Time

All instock items will be shipped within 48 hours (certain exclusions apply). All items are carefully and securely packaged for safe transport and are fully insured. You will receive an automated email with the Tracking Number the day your package is being shipped, which is typically within 1-2 days after the close of the purchase. (If you do not receive the email it may be due to your Junk Mail filter.)

Exchanges & Returns:

Quality Overstock's goal is that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging along with your original packing slip, within 7 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. incorrect or defective item). If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your complete satisfaction is of most importance to us. Before you send the items back, please contact us, we will email the shipping address to you after you get our feedback here. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address.

Tracking Methods

After your order is dispatched, we will offer you a link that you could trace your order if required. Check your e-mail for the link and tracking number. Note: If you can't check it immediately with the tracking number,please wait with patience.Some time is required by Express Company for uploading.

Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery

For customers who do not receive your parcel within the above total delivery time, please check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.

Order Cancellation:

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
